24" Non-TN Panels

Does anybody know of any that are still out there? In Australia, the Benq FP241W isn't made anymore and Benq makes no good panels, the Samsung 244T is not available, and again no good panels are sold by Samsung, so are there IPS or PVA panels being made (other than the Dell 2408)? I know of no manufacturer that does.

That is $380 dollars US: your US Dell website says $689!! What a saving!!
