Hi Guys,

I'm tempted to upgrade my videocards (see signature).

I'm thinking of buying two 260gtx core 216 in SLI. The prices are very good.

I have two concerns:

1. Will my PC Power 750W power supply be enough?
2. Is the pci-e interface up to par? It's not 2.0...
3. Will the q6600 oc @ 3.4Ghz bottleneck the cards? Would it certainly bottleneck a 280gtx sli setup?

I plan to run Crysis Warhead @ 1920 x 1200 all high details.

Note: I'm upgrading to 4Gb too.

Thanks for your advice.

than adequate power than barely enough power. All hinges on your CPU, Hard Drives, and Video Cards on which you get. I have 1200 Silverstone Strider Power Supply. More than adequate power. I have 5 hd's, Quad Core, (2) GTX's 280's. So saying goes don't skimp on your power supply. Better build means more stable power and less chance of frying early.

Mine:

(5) 750 GB Seagate (32 Meg Cached)
(1) Blu-Ray/HD reader and cd/dvd burner
(2) Liteon Cd/DVD burner
(1) Quad Core QX9650
(1) X-FI Elite Pro
(1) Samsung 275T Plus (27 inch with HDCP)
(1) Gigaworks S750 speakers
(4) 8500 (2x2048) x 2 = 8 Gigs Ram
(1) SilverStone 1200 Strider Series with Tri Sli Support.
(1) Evga FTW 780i non water block version

Lotsa Fans in 10 pci slot ThermalTake Case.
