3 Displays possible on Haswell Graphics

I am working on picking out components for a buddies new PC and he would really like to have 3 displays, He never plays games so I figured Intel graphics on Haswell would be fine for him.

Can any one confirm Intel graphics can drive 3 displays, what would the hookup scheme be for this since most mobo's don't have 3 of a single connector.

I would guess 1 DP, 1 DVI and 1 hdmi?

If he has a display port input and dp adapters/monitors, he could use an MST hub

Yup, I tried it for sh!ts and giggles.
DVI, DP and HDMI. Worked well.

I'm currently using an ivy-bridge laptop on 3 monitors for coding, if you have the display port adapters to hook up 3 monitors it's great for desktop work.
