For anyone interested, The Twin Frzr III 6950's will 100% unlock to 6970 shaders and speeds via a custom bios MSI released just for the community..I was able to take mine to 1040mhz on the core on stock voltage..It was a great card, only sold since it used a custom PCB thus no full cover WB..GLWS!
