As much as I dont like WD this is a very nice deal (see this thread by DL in the storage forum as to why WD likes to play marketing games instead of make standards compliant products).
Newegg has this for $145, however that includes a $25 MIR. Whereas Monarch has no rebates, just $140 out the door.
