3D Gaming

Anyone tryed this? The glasses themselves are only like 60 bucks and Ive got a few CRT's layin around, I wonder if the 3d effect is any good or not. Anyone with any experience using these toys?

3D glasses are for the most part are a waste of money they halve your fps to achieve the 3d look which really isn't all that great.

I used to have something similar on my Sega Master System back in the day.

The 3d effect was pretty decent, but there was a very noticable flicker which caused lots of eyestrain and headaches. Depending on how high the refresh rate is those problems might have been alleviated, though the previous post doesn't sound like it.
