4gb of RAM for $85 from Gskill, good RAM (DDR2 800)??

Needing more RAM for work, and am willing to dual boot into a 64-bit OS to take advantage of it.

So just curious if I bought 4 sticks of this for 8gb of RAM, would it OC well? 750w PSU (Thermaltake Toughpower), Asus P5B Deluxe wifi, q6600, etc.

This is more for work related things and video editing than games.

Current RAM is Crucial 2gb 10th anniv. DDR2 667 RAM speeds running over DDR2 800 speeds.

yup i have it running on 1 of my systems, good ram, I even oced it to 1060 without too much hassle
