I have 4 512mb sticks of Crucial Ballistix PC3200 memory, that I was prospectively looking to use on a setup that has:

Opteron 165
Foxconn 6150K8MA-EKRS motherboard

I seem to recall that populating all of the memory banks had some variety of bandwidth limitation, what was it? Is it only in regards to a lower potential overclock, or is it overall?

This motherboard seemed to have a limit of around 275 FSB for many people, I'd be happy for around 250 or so, though.

Mainly for the 939 days it was a big PITA to get 4 dimms running with any decent O/C or 1T. Set your ram to 2T and run a divider. ;)

Yep, works fine with 2T. I have an Opty 165 @ 2.7GHz with a 2x1GB kit and a 2x512MB kit.
