If you are a customer of West Penn Power, they are offering 6 CFL bulbs (4 60w equivalent, 2 100w equivalent) for no cost. (Actual cost of the bulbs is taken from one of the many surcharges on the bill.) Either visit www.myCFLkit.com or call 888-793-6731. You'll either need the invitation code that would have been on a postcard mailed to you, or your account number. Site says 4-6 weeks for shipping.

i have them, and to be honest, they're awful.

They're very over rated, they don't light up the whole tube, and the flicker is horrendous. I will check the brand later when I get home.
