6600gt + chaintech vnf3-250 = LOW SCORES!

alright, i had the xfx 6600gt agp card in my kv8-pro up until yesterday. i got my rig up an running and my 2800+ clock in at 2.5ghz, and my 6600gt clocked back where it was with my kv8-pro. so i go to run futuremark 3dmark01se, my new score is 17k, down from 21k i useda get. so im like alright lets do aquamark, itll give me a real idea of what my gpu is doing, so i run it my score is 43k, down from the 63k i usually get. im using the same drivers, i have newest nvidia mobo drivers, i dont know what it is! does any one know what going on with my card?
 
i fixed it with an older bios. the 7/29 bios, and it shot right back up to 60k, with stuff running in the background
