6800 o 6600gt?

A friend of mide is looking for a new video card and I told him I'd help him out. which of these two cards is the superior and which will overclock better?

just bought this card and it should be arriving today,

it was 194$ shipped, and can sometimes unlock extra pixelpipelines.... and be OCed pretty easily.

6800. I own one, it can run Doom 3 at Ultra quality (keep in mind that there is a lot of stuttering, I only did this to see if the game was playable. It was, but it was less playable than on High quality.) Card pulls about 52k AquaMarks, and I've forgotten my 3DMark05 score. However, it pulls ~80FPS in the Doom 3 timedemo. Have yet to use the CS:S test though...
