Anyone else having this problem?

I'm having this wierd issue with the 680i on an e6600. When I set the multiplier down to 8x and the FSB to 400MHz, the BOIS startup screen, Orthos, and Nvidia Monitor will report it as 3600Mhz (450Mhz x 8) but CPU-Z and Nvidia Control Panel will report it as it should be, 3200Mhz (400Mhz x 8).

Here's a screenshot showing the issue:

I think those programs assume a stock multiplier. Go with what you have it set in the bios and cpu-z is reporting.

the only utility that will show correct fsb, clock speed and ram speed when you are not using the default multi is cpuid 1.38 (or newer). even the post screen shows the wrong clock speed and ram speed.
