hmm you know in looking at that and knowing the details of each GPU the scaleing looks about right

ie. nearly the same clock speed but more pipes on the 7800 a 2k improvement seems about right also if you look the GPU score is 2k more as well
yea id like to see a 6800U in there as well as a X800XT

It has been shown in real games, the ATi cards get the same boost from 2.0b, that the NV cards get in 3.0. So thats a moot point. The fact is, this benchmark is pretty useless for comparing video cards.

my cpu must be choking my x850XT-PE i just ran AM3 at the default 1024x768 high settings. 2,305 mhz athlon xp barton, stock x850xt-pe. CPU score 7,742 GPU score 9,222 Overall 57,795

silly to do test at 1024x768 its cpu limited try 2048x1536 or something with aa/af on and geez like any person would play a game at 1024x768 with one of those cards get real.
