The 80+ org has changed their raiting system to include Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels. Currently, a standard (White) Award, your power supply has to be 80% efficient at 20%, 50%, and 100% load. Here are the numbers on the new awards.

Code:
[B]Level 20% load 50% load 100% load[/B]
Bronze 82% 85% 82%
Silver 85% 88% 85%
Gold 87% 90% 87%

Only one reference model has currently hit the silver standard. I don't think it is on the market just yet. Their are 52 power supplies on the bronze award list. Here are a few I think are good recommendations.

Antec:
TPQ850
SG-850
SG-650

Enhance:
ENP-5140GH (I have one)

FSP: (Has 8 total bronzes)
FSP460-80GHN
FSP400-60TNF
FSP600-80GHN
Zen400
Epsilon 80PLUS 450
Epsilon 80PLUS 600
FSP500-80EPS

Sparkle (SPI):
SPI600GHN
SPI460GHN

Tagan:
TG800-U25
SP-1000E

 Just bought a couple of the Antec Earthwatts EA-430, hmm thought it
would be on the list. The selling point was 80 plus efficiency, independently verified.
Although I don't recall what the load rating was....
Definitely seen about a 30 watt drop in power used with a Q6600.

update: upon further review- on list just not bronze ;)

The ea-430 is an 80+ certified model. The list there is for the bronze level components. The Earthwatts series makes the basic 80+ level.

Yes, basic ones but damn close to bronze (missing 1%).

A cheap Gold Level PSU would really help with the electricity bill! Are any in that level yet? I didn't seen any in the post above. Would be nice if we could put average price ranges next to the above chart!

I checked the list on the 80plus.org site and no gold psu available yet. Only 1 silver but from a unknown brand.
