A Deer In GTA V Causing Chaos In The Game World

This is hilarious. Some guy made a GTA V mod that follows an autonomous deer as it wanders through San Andreas responding to it's surroundings and interacting with NPCs.

Not having played the game, what was going on in the second half with the earthquakes?

Also....there's a live stream currently running and that deer is most definitely not human controlled.
