A8N-SLI Premium boot up problems

I've been using the asus a8n-sli premium for a week now, and I've noticed some small boot up problems. When powering it on, sometimes it will:

1. Display the processor, and not get any further.

2. Display the processor, ram, and chipset, and it wont detect IDE drives.

3. Goes into BIOS, and the keyboard doesnt respond.

Powering off and powering back on usually clears them up, and they dont happen very often.... but what could be causing this?

Asus puts in all kinds of stuff in their Bios' regarding chassis intrusions, case open warnings, etc. Go into setup and change to 'Halt on No Errors' in boot config., see if that helps you.
