I see that the ASUS A8N-SLI Premium has two extra connectors, one molex and one floppy, on the motherboard. I think I remember reading somewhere that this is for stability when running 2 videocards in SLI. Is this true? Are there any stability problems when running one videocard without the 2 extra power connections actually hooked up on the motherboard?
And just out of curiosity... how does this motherboard overclock in general? Do you need the extra 2 power connections connected to get a decent overclock as well?
