Abit AN8 32X Memory Help.

Im building a new pc with this mobo and have picked a few different types of ram from Newegg that seem to rate high. I think the mobo has stock timing of 2 3 3 6 even though I am a little confused about timings since I have never based a purchase on that - last computer I built was 4 years ago and just got el-chepo ram. Anyway here are my choices let me know what you think. BTW I plan to run this system ultra-silent and have no plans to overclock. Will all of these pretty much be "plug and play" or will I have to adjust memory timings manually?
