Ive got a 3800+ X2. Runs fine at normal clock speed. Whenever i try and OC this bitch over 2.5, i get random shutdowns. Temps are fine - its mainly when I try and run 3dmark or a game that it shuts down.
RAM on a divider. I uppded the VCore to 1.450 and the RAM to 2.70
HTT was at 4x @ 250, ran all the benches fine. When I went to 3x @270, thats when the shutdown happens. I have turned off all the auto shutdown features in the bios. Weird.
I'm not familiar with your RAM but you are running an appropriate divider for it versus the 270 external clock?
The 333 with a 10 multi & 270 will have it running at 225.
