Abit IP35-E usb hub boot problems?

does anybody else have problems booting with a usb hub connected to a Abit IP35-E mobo? im hoping its just this shiity usb hub. thought i would check in before i find a new hub.

What brand USB hub do you have?
I have a problem with my Rosewill 7 port powered Hub booting on my Asus P5Q Pro.
I have to unplug it or it won't POST. Gets stuck at the ASUS screen.

what have you got on that hub?
if you have some form of storage it may have changed the boot order.

the hub i have is just a generic 4 port hub. i only have a g9 mouse and a bluebottle dongle connected. yea mine gets stuck on Abit boot screen and once i unplug it, it boots. boot orders are fine thats the first thing i checked

Interesting. I don't have a usb hub but my Maxtor One Touch 4 Plus usb external drive suffers from the same symptoms. Drives me nuts.

I don't have anything attached to my hub and it doesn't boot.
