Abit IP35 RMA issues Advice needed?

One of the caps are bad on my Abit IP35 motherboard. So I sent it in for a RMA.

They sent me an email saying that they could replace it with and IP43.
I declined that model.
Today I received an email saying they will now offer me a AB9 Pro for replacement.

What do you guys think? It seems like to me they should offer me an upgrade and quit downgrading me?

You are aware that Abit is defunk, correct? IMO it's probably time to move on to another brand unless you want more support headaches in the future.
 
Just take what you can sell it for what you can and move on.Its only gonna get worse from this point on.I just dont understand how they fell so fast from the motherboard business.Oh well lifes a b@$%* anyway.
