Adding 2gb of memory to a overclocked 2 gb system

It's the same memory modules that are currently in my system. Same speed, specs, brand ect. If the sticks can theoretically match what I already have for timing and overclocking will it be a plug in and go type of situation?

in theory yes :)
depends how high of OC on your existing RAM.
If not extreme OCing then it should be fine.
