Advice for cooling a 920 D0 without a tower

I have a Lian Li case and i drilled 2 120mm holes in the upper left hand coner and lower right corner, so its diaganal to each other. I need a flat heatsink, not a tower. I have the geminii heatsink now and have 4GHz with 47 idle and 83 load. I noticed that it wasnt making full contact with my processor no matter how many times i reseated it with AS5. I think if it was contacting 100% id have 38 idle and 70 load. What do people feel about the Thermalright AXP 140. The springs in the 1366 bracket would almost garentee full contact and because of my 2X 120 fans blowing air in, i think it would do a good job. Any thoughts or advice??
