Advise needed Is this IPS Glow or is it Bleed ??

If it stays there even if you move your head towards that corner, it's bleed.
 
Backlight bleed in the bottom left-hand corner seems to be a known problem with the P2414H - no doubt some are worse than others, but I ordered and returned three (from different suppliers) before I gave up on the model as a bad job.
