Phenom 2 955 is going to be 3.2ghz and I'm assuming it's going to be a black edition. It should be released sometime this month. The 945 was supposed to be the AM3 BE chip but I'm assuming because of better than expected yields they were able to bump it up to 3.2 and I'd highly doubt they'd release a 945 and a 955BE.
 
I think AMD is going to do okay. If newegg review count is any indication of general sales (admittedly only for peeps buying single CPU's and not oem system builders), The P2 940's and x3 720's are outselling i7's.
