Any Best Buy Elite Plus Members in here?

Good morning. I am a BB Elite Plus member and I recently upgraded my cell phone through BB. As part of my membership, I am given 45 days to return any purchase. I realize my cell contract is still limited to 14 days.

Has anyone taken advantage of this return policy with a cell device? I'm wondering if I return the phone within the 45 days and choose another phone, do I still get the subsidized price? Thanks.
 
Policy is different for phones because it's done through the carriers. I believe that return policy is totally seperate from bestbuy's. I never ran into this so your best bet would be to just call them.
 
I went to Best Buy and was told this program does not include cell phones. Ugh.
 
Think it depends if it's on or off contract too. Off contract (a galaxy s4) I was able to return once.
