Any way to image my Raid 0 to a single drive?

I want to break my raid0 (2 western digitals) and copy the image of the OS into a single drive. Are there any programs that will allow me to do that? I know ghost 7.5(DOS) does not work.

Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/) is really good. Symantec Ghost has become useless with bloatware and wobbly code.

BTW, why wouldn't Ghost work?

Ghost 7.5 in dos mode does not see the raid0 drives.
