I ask this because I plan on making a battery operated LED screen (project LEDs onto plexi glass, then get a sheet to cut a message to remind myself what I need to do today)

The Batteries I mainly look for are as follows

AAA
AA
D
Any other Common ones

If you know the voltage that accompanies them, I'd appreciate it

The amp hours, which it sounds like is what you're looking for, can be found on the manufacturers website. The ones you listed are all 1.5v, any standard battery you buy will have the voltage listed on the packages, and probably on the battery itself.

If you are going to use this for long periods of time, as it sounds you might, I would recomend using D batteries as they have the largest capacity and you won't need to change them as often, or even better, get a DC wall wart so you don't even need batteries.

Yes, alkaline versions of all four of those battery types are 1.5 volts, but nickel-metal-hydride (NiMH) versions are 1.2 volts.
