anyone build a Mudermod MKII top fan mount?

maybe I'll do this to my TJ07, i am just wondering how...

it seems to me that they cut the fan out of its 120mm enclosure and glue it to the fan grill/mount?

Fan rotor pcbs are glued onto their frames. Heat, pop me off, glue em to a laser cut grille

you think epoxy wont hold it in place?
