The RX9800PRO-TD128SP (MSI Part No: MS-8956-005)
look like other OEM ATi card: red pcb, silver heat sink fan
core 378, mem 338
games are different:
URU, XIII, Prince of Persia 3D
and
1. Praetorians
2. YAGER
3. Heaven & Hell
4. Divine Divinity
5. Etherlords2
6. IL-2 Sturmovik
7. Splinter Cell
8. Black Hawk Down
9. Joint Operations Typhoon Rising
10. Comanche 4
11. American Conquest
12. Commandos 3 Destination Berlin
13. Beach Life
14. Deus EX Invisible War

While the old TD128 ( MSI Part No: MS-8956-030)
has same code and mem speed (but different layout)
has Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon
The Elder Scrolls III:Morowind,
Duke Nukem:Manhattan Project and
trial game:
- The Sum of All Fears
- IL-2 Sturmovik
- Serious Sam 2 lite
- Rally Trophy
- Beam Breakers
- Zax: The Alien Hunter
- Oni

The new one look good on paper but is the core change? any chance it go back to r350 from r360?

i tell you onething...the heatsink is MUCH smaller than the one i got on my msi 9800 pro i got a week ago....id bet for sure it doesnt overclock as well, and who knows, maybe they did change core...i like the game bundel better tho.

I got mine at the end of July so I will have to see which one it is but it runs fine. I have not tried OC'ing it yet however.

Strange. only the US web site (msicomputer.com) has the new "SP" version. all msi.com.tw has no such product list?

That looks like the ATi reference design... maybe they gave up on using their own fancy cooler and own pcb, and made up for it with an improved bundle.
