My mouse works fine but the assign keystrokes works like 20% of the time. using set point 4.8 64 bit with my windows 7 64 bit. any ideas?

What keystroke(s) are you trying to use? Does it not work in certain programs?

edit:
i was going to send you to try older drivers, but Logitech's FTP site seems to be down.

I dont use the logitech drivers, I just plug my MX518 and go. The forward/backward thumb buttons work fine.

I also am having the problem with the programable buttons on the mouse. They don't work at all. I see that on the Logitech site there more people with the same problem and Logitech isnt responding to the Problems these people have.

I guess I need to look for a new mouse unless someone knows how to fix the problem.:confused:
