If he needs help with a specific problem, perhaps he can post a meaningful thread.
Not trying to be an ass, but what kind of post is that, moreover, what do you really expect to get out of that? A rhetorical applause to break the ice on a by-the-water-cooler situation? It's a forum, just post what you mean!

Yes, I'm sure someone is. The forum is full of posts from people who have helped other people with C++ questions.
