Anyone setup EFS and a Cert Authority?

Ive been assigned the task of doing this, have set it up on a test domain but wanted to see if there was anyone who has a decent amount of experience so I could pick their brain. Im starting to understand the basics of it but have not found any real good documentation about building from the ground up and proper setup. TIA
 
Look for information on PKI. That's the header that you'll find your information under.
 
Thanks I will look into that. We have some sort of CA setup on our mainframe, do you know if having one setup on the Windows side could interfere with it?

On a Windows CA, backing up the system state will back up everything you need in case of a failure. I usually do a full backup anyway.
