Apple iPad Pro 2024 OLED

Today, the iPad Pro with Apple M4 was announced.
It features a new Ultra Retina XDR display that utilizes "tandem OLED" technology, boasting 1000 nits for full-screen brightness, 1600 nits for peak HDR brightness, a 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio, True Tone for comfortable viewing, ProMotion with an adaptive 10-120Hz refresh rate, and P3 wide color support.

In this topic, I'll ask to provide screenshots of the screen to show how it looks ( both "Standard" and "Textured").
So that we can confirm if the screen indeed displays the image without any issues.

Linked to the timestamp where Marques talks about these two options and shows some video of both after his hands on today. TBH it looks awful. Ruins the whole point of OLED.

I hope Apple doesn't have a lock on that tandem OLED tech. I would love to see something like that end up in monitors and TVs to get around those low brightness numbers for larger window sizes.

Compares standard and matte screens in much greater detail. It mentions that on matte screen, violet/green pixels can be seen (especially when text is on a white background). This suggests that OLED screens still have their issues..

If only on the matte OLED It suggests that the matte coating is significantly warping the pixels and causing color fringing due to the size of the matte coating “grains” or whatever they are called.
