I just set my system up and I was pumping water in the different parts and then refilling the resevoir. I then turned the pump on and it wouldn't pump anymore, it would still sound like it was on but nothing would happen. Anyone have any ideas? thanks
 
Assuming there's nothing wrong with the pump:

Have you bled the system while filling? You might have a heck of an air pocket trapped in the pump. How about pics of the system? How do you know it's not pumping anymore?
 
I have one in the top and one in the front. I will post some pictures later today. I did at first hook both the aquaero and controller up to power because I was being dumb! I hope that didn't kill it. It still sounds the same and when I put my hand on it, it is still vibrating.
 
It was a huge air pocket stopping flow, and is now working :D

I was scared there for awhile but everything is working fine now !!!
 
Air is good for air breathers, but just plain lousy in a water cooling system. ;)
 
Yea, I'm glad its working though! LOOKS GREAT and runs like a million dollars!!
