will this kit fit in there.. and what if i mounted it outside rather then inside

The 120mm one will only fit externally. The 80mm one will probably fit internally.

but this have to heavly modded like you said in your topic right..

Yeah, it's heavily modded, but I wouldn't put it past the skills of your average PC builder.
