Are these legal?

Hello guys, I'm thinking of getting vista x64 for my PC and was wondering if these copies are legal and if so, are they ok to reinstall on the same PC in the case of a reformat?

uh yes they're legal lol. they're OEM so you have to buy some kind of hardware with them, a $5 mouse for example.

and yes you can reinstall them on the same PC as long as the hardware hasn't significantly changed like putting in a new mobo or something. you'd have to call MS up to reactivate it in that case.
