Artifact scanning in atitool

that should be fairly fast, just a couple o´ minutes
 
100 minutes ?!?! that´s a little bit TOO much, :p

It's been my experience that ATI tool will pick up artifacts (if there are going to be any) within 60 seconds. That said, if overclocking, I never run it less than 10 minutes just to make sure.
