Will this board support the Opteron 165 or above? I know the website states A64 or X2 chips.

Kinda curious on this myself. I was all set on some A8N32-SLI & video card upgrades for a couple systems but might opt for finding a couple of dual core Opterons for the original A8V Deluxe and a newer rev A8V. Maybe even getting another A8V to replace a SK8N 940 pin mobo that seems to lose it's CMOS settings if power is disconnected (even after a new battery. This mobo is a refurb back from ASUS.). Could then use that saved cash for future AM2 stuff. :)

I would say yes as ASUS has been updating bios's on this board pretty regularly due to new proc's
