Asus HD4850 512mb, overclocked, $115 ar, fs

Well I'm not saying that it's a bad deal, it's a great deal, but I'm just saying that I've seen it drop to that price a few times. :p
 
I'm not a big fan of how they leave the VRMs without heatsinks from the photos.
 
i considered that card today until I read all the review of it dying on newegg.

If I can find 10% of the review on there are that serious, i skip the product.
 
I had it and it worked (and is working) perfectly. I guess I'm just in the 90%.
 
Mine's been working fine for the last month. Core stays under 80*C load, but you better stick some heatsinks on the ram and vregs and/or stick a fan right next to it. The fan is damn near silent idle and barely gets audible at full speed, so overall still better than the stock cooler.

Not to say that I don't trust Newegg reviews, but I would take them with a very large grain of salt.
