Asus P5Q pro VS Audigy 2ZS sound

Hello,

I just built a new machine using the Asus P5Q pro MB.

Do you think I'd better off using the sound card of the MB, or should I plug in my old Creative Audigy 2 ZS 7.1 sound card?

I have a Creative T7700 7.1 surround system and I'm planning on using it.

I'm using the ZS with my P5Q Pro....

Try both- see what you like better.

I guess it's all about whether or not you game (EAX, etc). CPU utilization should be comparable, but I would expect the ZS to be better.

The ZS should sound better too.... if your speakers and ears are good enough, that is...
