So I'm using the tuner program that ASUS has, and I may not be reading it properly, but I don't think it's doing anything.

After running it and having a few reboots, CPU-Z shows 1648.3 Mhz with fluctuations up to 4326 Mhz when running Prime95.

Windows Properties shows 5.80 Ghz, though, and when I run Prime 95 temperatures spike to 76.0C.

Core voltage goes to 1.288V, but no higher. Obviously, I think the temp is going to be an issue, so I'm looking for ideas.

Oh, and as far as why I don't use the bios (or haven't), it really doesn't like my USB mouse. It pulls to the right and clicks repeatedly.
