i just got a skylake chip, fired it up at defaults with the newest bios and it's clocking my chip to 4.2ghz turbo and vcore is hitting 1.42.
TPU is off. what's up with that?
I can't quite understand what all the voltage settings in the bios are even by reading the manual.
