at high resolution would cpu be bottleneck?

right now i have my opteron 165 running at stock. i was thinking about overclocking her, but i realize i run my games at 1920x1080. now i'm wondering, at that resolution am i still cpu limited? or does it become gpu limited?

My Setup Is:

Opteron 165@Stock
2x1gb PC4000 Corsair XMS
2x EVGA 7800gt @450/535(1070)

gaming res is 1920x1080.

The actual ratio varies from game to game, but its almost never a full 100% bound by either gpu or cpu. So you'll see some performance boost to overclocking...in some games, it will be substantial, in others hard to notice.

At that resolution you more than likely will be GPU limited in some fashion. OCing the CPU always helps though but not to the same degree that OCing the GPU will.
