ATI main card + Nvidia just CUDA

I have been trying to find the answer, and still have no simple yes or now to this question.

I have Rampage Extreme 1, with Radeon 4870x2, and I want to add some Geforce just to benefit from CUDA in 3dsmax renderings. (I don't want to link them in sli/cross fire as I know it is impossible)

Can this be done?
 
through normal means no. you would need a third party hack to allow cuda to work when you have an ATI card mixed with an Nvidia card. Originally the answer would have been yes but Nvidia stuck it to all the mixed card users and locked out cuda when you have an ATI card installed
 
Yes but i assumed that due to the cost of a hydra board that he wouldn't have one
