Anyone who bought a ATI (ati branded) between January 1, 2003 to March 31, 2006.

They are eligible for a NEW card that does support HDCP

Cards Covered:

Radeon 9550; Radeon 9800; Radeon x700; Radeon x800; Radeon x850; Radeon x1300; Radeon x1600; Radeon x1800; Radeon x1900; All-in-Wonder 9800; All-in-Wonder 2006; All-in-Wonder x600; All-in-Wonder x800; All-in-Wonder x1800; All-in-Wonder x1900; or any FireGL or FireMV series of graphics cards

Goddamn, I had 3 of those cards.. no proof of purchase for any of them anymore :(

I have a NewEgg invoice for a 9800 Pro, does that count? Do I have to be a part of this suit?

damn i bought a 9800pro 256mb in that time frame but it doesn't have the original cooler anymore so i doubt they would take it.

I bought a 9800 Pro and a x1950xtx and i have invoices for both, so i qualify twice. My problem is that this lawsuit wont even go into "effect" until the end of August and there could be appeals making it even longer. I'm moving at the end of August and i dont know the address nor can i use that address right now if i even knew it what it was (it's an empty lot right now, just bought it). What do you think i should do?

hmm, i have like 4 cards that are in the range.

but, since they are sapphire brand i cant file for this?

I bought 2 9800Pros during that timeframe.

However I do not have the reciepts for them anymore :(

eh...
I bought 3 card between that period, and I do not have receipts anymore....
