ATI TV Wonder 600 USB

Woot had these on sale for $20, seeing $49 on google shopping being the 'decent' price I had to bite. I don't own a TV at all, so I figure it's probably worth the $20.

What are the [H] impressions on these? Good image quality? Is there even decent digital signal to pick up on?
