I just wanted to post a response to those that say that AVADirect is only a "little" cheaper than Velocity Micro. If you actually spend 5 minutes configuring a system on both sites, you will quickly see that difference is nothing short of amazing.

While that certainly isn't an insanely low price, I can't think of a single area where I can justify spending more money. And if you try to configure a system like this anywhere else, you'll be lucky if you don't hit $3000 before your halfway done.
Now this price wouldn't matter jack shit if the service wasn't there to back it up. Monarch was able to hit insanely low prices too, but you got what you paid for with them. But from everything I've heard, AVADirect has service to beat along with prices to beat, and that makes quite a combination.
Personally, I really can't see recommending Velocity Micro or MainGear (or certainly any of the insanely priced boutiques: Voodoo, FNW, Alienware, Dell's XPS's, etc.) to anyone over AVADirect given the current state of the company's products. If we start hearing AVADirect horror stories, that would certainly change, but as it is, AVADirect seems to be the perfect choice.
(Disclaimer: I am currently in the researching phase, and don't have any personal experience with any of these company's products. I am relying solely on other's experience and HardOCP reviews.)
