Aye, ports forwarded, but still no traffic - m8?

As you can see here, ports are forwarded for these two apps and no firewalls are active to interfere - yet nothin gets through those ports at all. Trying to get these ports to open is like trying to have sex with a brick wall, and it's really annoying... Not making any sense. :p

::sighs:: I could really use some advise here. The modem is a 2Wire 1000HG, WinXP SP2. All firewalls are off.

Is the device listed as monica correspond to your pc you are trying to run the applications on?
 
How do you know the firewall knows the correct IP of "Monica". I would suggest opening the ports to all traffic, rather than using port forwarding.
 
First off, it displays the correct IP which belongs to this computer... And second, I've tried the setting which "allowes all" and it does nothing to help.
