I have a benq x700pro keyboard and it uses a driver that runs in the system tray to utilize all the functions of the keyboard, but randomly the driver will freeze causing all the extra buttons on the keyboard not to work and also it causes normal keys to become partially unresponsive and it's a pain to type(I'm typing this while the driver is frozen). Benq's site doesn't have the x700pro in the keyboard driver section(I usually manage to buy the most unsupported products) so I can't get an update for the q-type driver. I can't do anything but restart the system, I try ending the program in the task manager(versato.exe) but I press "end" and nothing happens, it still runs frozen. Is there any other way to force it to quit?

Edit-after having this problem for weeks I figured out a solution about a minute after posting this, unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in(I unplugged it from a usb1.1 hub and into a usb 2.0 pci card so maybe the hub was causing the troubles).
